Sheila King: Philosophy of Healing
I bring to each session and class that I facilitate the willingness to support and empower each individual to be all that they truly are. I offer powerful tools for transformation and my ability to witness each step in the healing process without judgement. I celebrate the release of fear, pain and shame while reflecting the beauty and love that is at the heart of each single person. I hold the space for them to recognize and move into this beauty and love themselves from the inside.
It is my goal to share tools for transformation and to offer support until it is no longer needed. I have a great ability to hold the space for healing and transformation with love, compassion and clarity. I support others in lifting the veils that obscure the beauty of their souls. I celebrate their moving beyond need for my support as they recognize the fullness of their own light.
I myself am one of the wounded healers. Because I have had my own pain, shame, grief........faced my own dark places.......I can hold a mirror of love and light without judgement or personal pain. I can stand as a light in the darkness and confusion and have a great willlingness to serve in this way.
